Data Deletion Instructions

1. Automatic Deletion

When you uninstall CODShield from your Shopify store, all associated store data is automatically scheduled for deletion.

CODShield also complies with Shopify's mandatory data deletion webhooks:

• customers/data_request
• customers/redact
• shop/redact

Upon receiving these requests, relevant data is securely deleted in accordance with Shopify's requirements.

2. Deleted Data

Deletion includes:

• Order information (number, amount, status, date)
• Customer information (name, email, shipping address)
• Order risk scoring data
• Application settings and preferences
• Dashboard statistics and history

All deleted data is permanently erased from active systems.

3. Retained Data

We may retain limited data strictly required for legal and accounting purposes:

• Subscription invoices
• Minimal accounting records

This retained data does not include customer personal data and is kept only for the legally required retention period.
